Jupiter Employee App
The Jupiter Group is a major employer with staff positioned in offices across the globe from the UK and Greece, to Argentina, Chile and South Africa.
It was with the aim of being able to better interact with all its staff on a digital platform that it tasked Wotsit Design with the job of designing and building a bespoke, internal marketing App – the Jupiter App.
The goal was to enable management to communicate digitally in a simple yet effective way and that’s exactly what the App does – and it comes with a host of benefits for employees too.
It was a major undertaking, but nothing that Wotsit Design, with its wealth of experience and skills, couldn’t deliver.
The App created from Jupiter’s brief brings together a plethora of internal information and opportunities in one place which is easy to access for all at any time – no matter where you are based in the world.
For example, the App allows:
- Staff to view all company news, view the company values, social media sites and company policies in one place;
- Staff to engage with the business via the ‘IDEA SPACE’ where employees can share an idea or ask a question, at any time;
- Provides wellbeing tips, such as stretching at work, eating well and being mindful of others, to name just a few;
- And, it also allows staff to login and manage their holidays too.
So far, the App has been received extremely well, with both employees and management, and has been a real success in practice across the board.
