Jackie Stanley Estate Agents, based in Padstow, Cornwall, approached the experienced team at Wotsit Design after receiving a lovely referral from another client of ours. Their approach came as the company was forging ahead with a construction project which consisted of eight contemporary homes overlooking the breathtaking Mawgan Porth Beach, on the picturesque north Cornish coastline.
Surrounded by seemingly endless acres of beautiful, golden beaches and boasting stunning scenery, Jackie Stanley called on Wotsit Design to create and produce a sales brochure that captured the uniqueness and beauty of this exclusive development as well as the impressive properties at the heart of it. But at the forefront of the brief was to also highlight the wealth of benefits of living within a private development in order to deliver a realistic, across the board view to potential buyers in a comprehensive and eye-catching format.
By compiling a crisp, 12 page, A4 booklet, featuring beautiful, panoramic photography, we were able to tick all of the boxes of Jackie Stanley’s brief to give interested homeowners a real view of the lifestyle that they would be buying into by investing in a unique and elegant development. The Wotsit Design team is extremely proud of the high quality product it delivered, which is an uncoated rustic, picturesque brochure, that not only looks great and inviting, but also has an organic feel.
It was a real pleasure to work on this project for Jackie Stanley Estate Agents and we are delighted that it has confirmed plans to come back to us to help assist on future projects.
